Bug Description

When running kwProcessXML (to build vtkedge), I'm getting the following error:
kwProcessXML: error while loading shared libraries: libvtksys.so.pv3.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is blocking the FTBFS fix of vtkedge...
