In bug #84118 Ubuntu is install default languaje spanish. The report is spanish(BAD). The report is english(GOOD).

Cannot reproduce this (because there actually are no libc translations in Feisty), and only affects rare corner cases. Lowering priority for now.

I cannot confirm this, since I do not even know how this could have happened in the first place. However, I'll fix it eventually, but it's not a big deal.
