Bug Description

Please sync libsdl-sound1.2 1.0.3-3.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
The .la files shipped in the current version is causing asc to ftbfs (LP: #831127), because
a .la file contains pre-multiarch paths.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1.0.3-3build1:

libsdl-sound1.2 (1.0.3-3.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Don't ship .la files (Closes: #622508).

I'm not going to do this sync quite yet, launchpad seems to think it's blacklisted, and I'd love to work out why
