Bug Description
When attempting to run system test in Oneiric nothing happens, same from the command line. After running from the terminal: checkbox-gtk -l /tmp/cbox.log --log-level=debug I get tracebacks

Hi Pete,
Thanks for your report on this checkbox bug!
Javier Collado also reported this in bug #839675, along with a proposed fix. I'll mark this as a duplicate and the other one as confirmed.
The other traceback you see is due to the backend not being started when checkbox fails to run, that should go away once we solve the color_parse problem, but I'll see whether I can handle this more gracefully in the code.
Thanks again!
