Default items in AppMenu should be optional

I think all the default elements should be optionals. the "translate" and the "report a problem" are not neccessary I think, these options should be all contained in an "about elementary" app similar as gnome does... its just an idea.... there's a lot of ways to do it.

There's no such thing as "translate" or "report a problem" in the gtk about dialog.

In the future, maybe there will be this option, at least in a granite about dialog (of course, since it is not really needed, I don't know if it will be soon).

So, it's fixed in granite now, "About" is only added if the AppMenu is created with AppMenu.with_app, otherwise, there is no default items.
