Bug Description

Please sync clutter-gst 1.3.14-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
There is no delta anymore. The armel build-fix was adopted by debian.

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Development release update of a GNOME related package.

Is there an upstream changelog/NEWS file etc. somewhere? Will 1.14 be released for GNOME 3.2 (which we aim for in Oneiric)?

Yes, according to the maintainer, 1.4 is the goal for GNOME 3.2

Part of GNOME, and we do not use clutter in the default installation, so relatively low risk. Synced.
