Bug Description

Trying to install Ubuntu after a fresh format on hdd. Trying a USB flash drive install. Ubuntu 11.04. After about 10 minutes of "normal" install process got the error message in the summary title.

I am get this message 'Executing 'grub-install/dev/sda' failed. This is a fatal error at the close of completing the installation of Ubuntu 20.10.
Pls i have gone a very long way on the installation. pls, what will i do to enjoy the Ubuntu installation.
