Hibernate/Suspend/Shutdown are not themed at the login screen

Bug Description

Hibernate/Suspend/Shutdown are not themed at the login screen. If you select from the top-right corner to shutdown the PC, you will see that ugly unthemed little window with options to Restart, Cancel or Shutdown.
