Bug Description

In the deterministic calculator, when a loss map is serialized, each asset is written twice and with different loss values (thought very similar to each other). This bug can be re-reproduced by running the deterministic demo from the new set of smoketests.

Could you attach the demo to this ticket?

Tested by running deterministic_event_based_risk; the produced loss map does not contain asset duplicates; probably fixed by the same commit that fixed https://bugs.launchpad.net/openquake/+bug/838984 so it should be fixed in 0.4.3
