hr_timesheet_invoice must check for account_id

Bug Description

if no income account is defined for a product to be invoiced an error message must be issued
see patch

this happens if a "product" is created for hr_expenses which is likely not considerd as "to be sold" - hence no income account.

currently an error just says that acount_id is mandatory. (not why)
