Bug Description
Hit this bug during ISO testing, not sure what triggered it.
Testing: Ubuntu Desktop AMD64 [20110901], test Install (OEM setup), on "Preparing to install Ubuntu" screen I hit the back button to go back to the Language chooser panel and then forward again and sometime between these actions I hit this bug.
