Salary structure cannot use salary heads based on others

Hello,

Please correct the following bug:

Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
- Create a salary heads named "Additional salary" with code "as", type allowance and sequence 10
- Create a salary heads named "Pension insurance" with code "pi", type deduction, sequence 15 and based on "basic + as"
- Create a salary structure named "Structure with AS" with code "was"
- Add a line of category Additional salary
- Add a line of category Pension insurance with a percentage of 0,0515
- Create a second salary structure named "Structure without AS" with code "woas"
- Add only a line of category Pension insurance with a percentage of 0,0515
- Create a contract with the structure woas
- Try to save

The result you observed
The following error appear
"Variable Error: name 'was' is not defined "

The result you expected
We should can use a salary head in salary structures, even if we don't use all the salary heads on which it is based on.
