dictionary applet does not become available as a Gnome applet

Bug Description

After upgrading from Ubuntu 10.04 to 11.04 I missed the dictionary applet. I finally figured out how to install it but it was still not available as an applet.

thank you for your bug report, the applet is deprecated in GNOME3 though, that's not a bug but an upstream choice
