[FFe] Upload new ubuntustudio-menu revision (was: ubuntustudio-menu does not work on XFCE)

After the transition to XFCE, we need to adjust the menu package to properly handle XFCE menus.
Currently XFCE menus behaves like nothing is even installed (all menus are normal, ie, tons of entries in the multimedia menu).

It reworks the menu package (no more hacks about default system menu), and works on both Gnome2, KDE and XFCE.
(Unity does not use system menus)

The commit has comments out untranslated strings, so the menu item would not be blank.

Note that I have a few more apps installed that are not part of the Ubuntu repositories, so they are not handled by the ubuntustudio-menu.

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.

I installed UbuntuStudio Beta1 candidate, the menu is missing many UbuntuStudio specific entries.
