Bug Description

This could accidently happen when a user sends a link to someone and their editor incorrectly puts the trailing space in.

I will upload a patch to gerrit to fix this, and some other issues

The reason I came about this problem was the link sent in http://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=3958#post17555

which resulted in the link

After a quick test, I believe this happens when you copy a link into the editor, then press enter, and then save. This produces a link with %C2%A0 on the end.

Maybe this bug should be filed seperately...
