Bug Description

Hello,

I’m using 0.6.15. And I cannot use IPv6 URL (which contains colon mark) because it is not parsed properly.
The RFC 2732 explains how it works <http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2732.txt>.

Here's in attachment, the patch I wrote which emulates the latest urlparse python module. <http://hg.python.org/cpython/file/2.7/Lib/urlparse.py>
