Segmentation fault in OpenJDK 6 JRE running Eclipse with FDT plugin

When running Eclipse with the FDT plugin ( http://fdt.powerflasher.com/ ), I see intermittent segmentation faults. Unfortunately, I can't see any patterns in the various crashes. This happens every couple of weeks, and there is no obvious patterns (though it typically happens when I'm trying to do something in the UI while another update is still in progress).

I don't know if the attached log is useful by itself, but since this is a JVM crash, I thought I would submit an issue.
