Bug Description

PROBLEM

There is no visual feedback to show that Gwibber's timeline is refreshing, or when a refresh is completed. This includes both automatic, scheduled refreshes, and user-initiated ones triggered by pressing F5 or selecting Gwibber -> Refresh from the menu.

HOW TO REPRODUCE

1. Press F5.
2. Wait.
3. Wait some more.
4. Wonder if that did anything.
5. Look for a "Refresh" option in the menu.
6. Click it.
7. Wait, feeling kind of silly.
8. Realize that nothing's happening because there aren't any new messages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Gwibber will provide some kind of visual feedback to indicate when the timeline is refreshing, so that I will know when it has finished checking for new messages.
