VIA "CastleRock" (CLE266) not detected correctly

Bug Description

This video chip (on-board, on a VIA M-10000 mainboard) is not detected
automatically -- the "VESA" driver is used instead.

lspci:
0000:01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8623 [Apollo
CLE266] integrated CastleRock graphics (rev 03)

lspci -n:
0000:01:00.0 Class 0300: 1106:3122 (rev 03)

Oh, as the name suggests, the "via" driver works fine.

As this bug is supposed to be fixed and as I have similar but presumably different problems with the same chipset, I have filed new bug #197514 instead of be looking like commenting a fix.
I have attributed it to xorg.
Please requeue if you know better.
