Bug Description
When an application is (re)submitted for review, myapps should call out to the pkgme service, passing it the application metadata, so that pkgme can attempt to automatically package the application.
The pkgme service URL should be configurable via a setting.
Submitted data should include: Application name, tagline, description, price, department and keywords.
(Note: double check this list with jml!)
Submitted data should also include the URL to the pkgme callback for the application.

The AutomagicBinary Packaging spec has an example of the needed info I think.
It currently assumes that info is in a json file, so a json-based API would likely make this super-simple
on the pkgme side.
Thanks,
