Bug Description

/build/buildd/php5-5.3.6/apache2-build/libtool: line 481: CDPATH: command not found
libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.4 Debian-2.4-2ubuntu1, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from an older release.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.4 Debian-2.4-2ubuntu1
libtool: and run autoconf again.

It built now, so moving to beta-2 and lowering priority a bit as it seems to be a transient issue.

I am having the same problem with Ubuntu 12.04 amd64. I was trying to compile PHP 5.3.10.
Where is the fix and how do I apply it?
