Bug Description
Using trunk (rev 1012)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run checkbox with a whitelist
2. Deselect some tests and start running the tests
3. Before finishing, close checkbox
4. Rerun checkbox and ask to NOT resume your previous run
5. Instead of selecting all the tests in the whitelist, the same tests that were deselected are deselected now
