gnat-4.6 is currently uninstallable in oneiric because
gcc-4.6-base breaks gnat-4.6 << 4.6.1-5~
and oneiric has gnat 4.6.1-4ubuntu3

Confirmed, gnat-4.6 is not currently installable due to unmet dependencies. I have attached the error messages I get when attempting to install this package on Ubuntu Oneiric.
