wine applications on unity panel not hidden in workspace switcher

Bug Description
OS: Ubuntu 11.04 Natty stable
Unity v3.8.16-
Wine v1.2.2
Wine applications minimise to the notifications area (in my case, they are DC++ and Ultrasurf). In Workspace Switcher mode, the window is shown, but the launcher and panel turn invisible (whether that is intentional behaviour is another question). However, the Wine applications do not turn invisible and merely "float" in their positions on each Workspace. This is ugly and I'm pretty sure unintended.
