Nautilus menu is shown when no windows are open in Unity

Bug Description
If no windows are open in Unity, Nautilus menu is shown when cursor is over global-menu bar. It must not be shown because user can create a new Nautilus tab from that menu and cause glitches to desktop.
In Unity-2d Nautilus menu is NOT shown.
