Bug Description

I'd like a conversion specification that maps like this:
* S: Sunday
* M: Monday
* T: Tuesday
* W: Wednesday
* H: tHursday
* F: Friday
* A: sAturday

For example, I would like to display the datetime like this:
2011-08-27A15:05:48+01:00

Actually, in most cases I'd drop the timezone:

I guess it's probably hard to justify adding this to libc given that everyone probably has their own extra format they would like; I guess what might be more sensible is an option to pass in an array to do an arbitrary lookup.
