Bug Description
One tool that is missing in Edit is the ability to copy and paste a block area.
Either that or a select, drag and fix tool.
Example of usage:
Screenshoting an applications GUI, that has bad placed "buttons" and be able to move "blocks", so that re-designing team could fast and easy report "easy" problems and not require a full blown gimp, inkscape, ...
