Bug Description

I get this a lot. It's a Granite issue.. right?

"Could not add css provider. Some widgets will not look as intended. /usr/share/granite/style/CompositedWindow.css:0:0: Error opening file: No such file or directory"

In the course of fixing this, the error stopped occurring. If you experience this problem, see if the branch I linked fixes it.
