Build epiphany against firefox instead of mozilla

Bug Description

This is supported now, so we can get rid of mozilla in HoaryHedgehog. :-)

   * Built with mozilla-firefox (Hoary: #1583).
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Depends and the Build-Depends.
   * debian/rules:
     - build with firefox.
