Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

urfkill is a daemon to manage the wireless hotkeys.

I would like to get it into Oneiric to gather more testers
and I also plan to work on it and explore how it can fit in Ubuntu.

The package is accepted in Sid hours ago, so it is not in Ubuntu.
It is a leaf package at the moment, so no dependency on it.
Having it in Ubuntu makes it possible to file bugs in Launchpad too.

Ah, in your initial description it sounded like you would want this in the default install. I think it's too late for this. But in universe sounds fine, approved for syncing/universe.
