Bug Description
The blue screen of death appears on microfilm04p on boot-up.
The computer will not boot-up to Windows.
'Safe Mode' was selected on boot-up, but the blue screen still appeared
I have attached a screen shot of the blue screen.

Do we have a process for reimaging microfilm machines? I think that should be the standard procedure in cases like this, as it is on the scribes.
