Bug Description
After using Google Earth and HEC HMS (A Java Desktop Application), I discovered some events or interaction may block unity bar, until the program is closed. For example, suppose you create two folders in google earth and two paths or polygons inside each folder, if you drag and drop one path or polygon from one folder to the other the unity bar will lose its capacity to be hidden automatically (this happens regularly, not always). When using HEC HMS it is common to lose the menu and buttons to close or minimize or maximize.

thanks for the bug report. I believe you are using Ubuntu 11.04 can you please enable proposed repository and update unity from there and let us know if the issue happens afterwards. see this comment https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ unity/+ bug/769703/ comments/ 49 on how to do that
