Bug Description
For copies originating from acquisitions, the copy creator is currently the staff that activated the order or loaded the bibs and items into the DB (whichever came first). Linked is a patch that allows libraries (via org unit setting) to have the copy creator updated to match the staff that received the copy instead at receive time.
