Bug Description
Staring around dailies of 08/20 the indicator will only show "Setup Mail... even after setting up and using thunderbird
In the past it would turn to 'Mail" with some sub option like 'compose ..', now it never changes.

Me too!! This bug and bug #557646 are duplicates, I believe. I've added my bit here as #557646 reported it on 10.04 and not 11.10 and also reports it on Evolution and not Thunderbird.
