Bug Description
When accessing e-mail via imapx off of a Google Domains gmail account, the message-read counts in the folder diverge from reality, and also from the messages shown in the message pain over the course of a day.
To workaround, I do the following:
1. Close evolution (and check to make sure it's done with ps auxww | grep -i evolution)
2. rm ~/.<email address hidden>
3. Restart evolution and check mail in all folders
Evolution's tight integration with Ubuntu unity is discouraging me from changing to Thunderbird -- but this bug is driving me crazy. Surely other people are experiencing it, as well.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the latest release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in Ubuntu. Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
