recipe build fails in dh_quilt_unpatch :(

I've created simple recipe from latest GCompris packaging branch:

# bzr-builder format 0.3 deb-version {debupstream}-0ubuntu0
lp:~jbicha/ubuntu/oneiric/gcompris/gcompris-9.6.1

But Launchpad doesn't build from this recipe because of strange error:

dh_quilt_unpatch
Patch 91-dont-translate-nonexisting-files.patch does not remove cleanly (refresh it or enforce with -f)
dh_quilt_unpatch: quilt --quiltrc /dev/null pop -a || test $? = 2 returned exit code 1
make: *** [clean] Error 9
dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules clean gave error exit status 2

This appears to be a "3.0 (quilt)" package which also has code in debian/rules for applying patches.

This is not an issue in bzr-builder, which no longer forces packages to "3.0 (native)" if they are "3.0 (quilt)".

This will be adressed for Launchpad when it upgrades to a newer version of bzr-builder.
