update-manager: Can't install "ubuntu-desktop"

Bug Description
I upgraded to Oneiric yesterday from Natty. During the upgrade it could not install ubuntu-desktop. If I try to update manually I get these errors:
han@nc6220:~$ sudo apt-get upgrade
