Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Launch localc or lowriter
2. Grab the bottom-right corner of the window and resize it

Result
The window is not resized and the resize mask is visible until the application is closed.
ALT+Middle Button works fine

I can't reproduce this bug with unity-4.10.0 and compiz-0.9.5.92
