Global Menu: diagonal move (triangular move) delay is not long enough

This can be solved by refining the menu algorithm and delay (the problem is well understood and was solved about 25 years ago by Apple et al).

Thanks for the bug report Paul, It seems there is already a bug report on a very similar issue where many people are aware of the situation, I have added Unity, gtk+3 to the affects of that bug report.
