Bug Description

flash player is broken with all browsers on 11.10 64 bit with all updates applied (as of 22/8/11).
error after 'apt-get -f install' to try and recover...

Flash Plugin installed.
nspluginwrapper: no appropriate viewer found for /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so
dpkg: error processing flashplugin-installer (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 flashplugin-installer
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Changed in adobe-flashplugin (Ubuntu):
status: New → Confirmed

That seems dup indeed. For the record, I've added that ppa: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flashplugin-nonfree/+bug/762968/comments/24 and it installed fine. It is 64bit beta from adobe though.

Why report :
Cannot access PPA (https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~https/+archive/ppa) to get PPA information, please check your internet connection.

When I run
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:https://launchpad.net/~sevenmachines/+archive/flash??
