Incorrect keyboard mapping used for shortcuts when xorg.conf's "XkbLayout" has multiple mappings.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: abiword

I have the following settings in my xorg.conf, under Section "InputDevice":

        Option "XkbLayout" "dvorak,us"
        Option "XkbOptions" "grp:shift_toggle"

These options allow me to switch between dvorak and us layouts by pressing both shift keys at once. Xorg goes with the first specified layout by default (until switched), so in this case I start with a dvorak layout.

In Abiword, dvorak keybindings are used for all shortcuts, even if have switched to the us keymapping. For example, if I push "Ctrl+S" while in "us" mode, then Abiword interprets this as "Ctrl+O", because dvorak defines that key as being an "O".

This problem only applies to shortcuts, normal text input works as expected for both layouts.
