Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-app-install
Application: gnome-app-install
System: Ubuntu Feisty HERD 3 (x86 32 bits installation).
Hardware: AMD 3400+ 64 bits CPU, 1GB RAM.
I'am using the Applications -> Add/Remove... menu selection to install some software.
When I try to install Adobe's mozilla-plugin and Ardour GTK (Digital Audio Workstation) the installer says these modules cannot be installed on an i386 computer.
The messages are:
Adobe Reader mozilla/konqueror plugin:
The use, modification and distribution of Adobe Reader mozilla/konqueror plugin is restricted by copyright or by legal terms in some countries. Adobe Reader mozilla/konqueror plugin cannot be installed on your computer type (i386). Either the application requires special hardware features or the vendor decided to not support your computer type.
---------------
Ardour GTK:
This application is provided by the Ubuntu community.
