broken icon during network-manager startup

Bug Description

when the network-manager applet is loading it is visible only a broken icon,
then after some seconds switch to the normal network icon.

the same issue is present in bluetooth indicator.

it seems are related to ubuntu patches in order to switch from notification-area to indicator-applet

nm-applet was fixed in network-manager-gnome 0.9.0-0ubuntu2 or so; closing as Fix Released.
