Bug Description

Version: 2.13-0ubuntu1

With 2.12 I had a problem where powernap would shut off 3 of my 4 cores when I'm on battery. Unfortunately it never turned them back on under load. I still have this problem with 2.13.

Jorge - do you still see this issue? I had similar problems and ended up disabling powernap core management for this reason.
