[GTK3] Rating stars are different colors in list views + item screen vs. home screen

1. Go to the home screen.
2. In the "Top Rated" area, click "More".
3. Navigate to one of the software items.

What you see: The stars are (1) yellow, (2) dark grey, (3) dark grey.
What you should see: The stars are yellow consistently.

With software-center-gtk3 trunk r2177 the stars in steps 1 and 2 are both yellow, the only place to fix is the app details screen, the stars there are still dark grey.

The change i have made the color of all stars should be tweakable by changing the colors in the softwarecenter.css file, specifically:

    border-color: #F89516;
}
