Bug Description

this bug submitted to initiate incorporation of bzflag-2.4.0 release into repositories, and removal of bzflag 2.0 series releases currently in repo.

Thanks for reporting this issue and making Ubuntu better!

I attached a bug watch to a similar bug in Debian also requesting a newer version of bzflag. Since Ubuntu is based on Debian, a newer version available in Debian will also appear in Ubuntu after a while.

(ftr, upstream is start to work with the maintainer+ games team to get the package updated)
