Unity dash still not fully keyboard accessible

This is a follow up to bug 824966 which was marked Fix Released because it restored basic keyboard navigation.

These actions are still not possible from the keyboard:

1. Selecting any of the shortcuts on the dash "front page"
2. Switching to a different lens
3. Filtering search results with "Refine search"

Added relation to unity-2d, where the situation is the same.

In Unity-2D (as I write, version 4.2.0-0ubuntu1), keyboard navigation allows you to perform all these tasks. Marking bug as Invalid in that case.
