Bug Description

Fixes to let the powerpc build succeed can be found at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nux/1.2.0-0ubuntu2

but I assume there are more, and the code should be audited for other uses of old macros.

Hmm... those #defines have nothing to do with C++0x and everything to do with g++.
