Bug Description
If I save a PDF from an email message to my desktop, Nautilus attempts to create a thumbnail. The attempt fails. I see the clock indicating that a thumbnail is being created. While this is occurring, I can not interact with the desktop using the mouse. Then, after about 45 seconds, the thumb-nailing process quits with a default PDF thumbnail. Double clicking on the PDF opens it just fine. The PDF files are not corrupt or unreadable.
