Bug Description
The environ variable is not currently captured, and it can be very useful - e.g. for doing REFERER checks when a NOTFOUND/GONE result happens.
We probably need to default to having an on_create filter to mangle / drop COOKIE contents and so forth, as user credentials or sessions are often included therein.
